Welcome to COOPSKILLS!
Reskill. Rethink. Rebuild.
Our Erasmus+ project brings together communities, companies, and educators to build a culture of lifelong learning. By creating ‘Learning Companies’ and local Reskilling Labs, we support people who are unemployed or changing careers, helping them gain the skills they need to thrive in today’s green and digital economy.
Our aim
At COOPSKILLS, our primary aim is to bring learning closer to people, right where they live and work. Inspired by UNESCO’s ‘Learning Cities,’ we want to turn local companies into ‘Learning Companies’ that open their doors to inclusive, lifelong learning. By setting up Reskilling Labs in municipalities, we’re creating spaces where communities can grow, workers can gain new skills, and modern learning technologies can be used to empower individuals at every stage of their professional journey. With the support of municipalities, chambers, and VET providers, we’re building a strong network that makes learning accessible, relevant and part of everyday life.
Our results
COOPSKILLS is all about turning vision into action. Through a carefully designed set of activities, the project delivers practical tools, inclusive training models, and long-term strategies to help adults reskill for the green and digital future. By combining research, collaboration, innovation, and on-the-ground support, COOPSKILLS empowers municipalities, companies, and individuals to grow together.
